Message	Using the clutch on a dog box helps its life and the time between rebuilds, and minimises chances of errors. The very small benefit to be gained from not stabbing the clutch is so minor that only when every split second counts would you do it. Whether a Sequential or H pattern dog box, the same theory applies.
